"Staff was great. The hotel vibe is classic. The rooms have been updated but still have an almost historic feel to them. Having access to the gym & classes is a great amenity to take advantage of. "

"The staff was incredible. I had a couple of minor issues but they were all addressed promptly. I accidentally left a personal item behind and they went above and beyond to make sure it was returned. Looking forward to staying again. The only downside was the elevator noise, but that's not a deal breaker. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were clean and the kids loved it. "
