"The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and glad that it was walking distance from downtown. However the ac was broken and we needed to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. So i had to go back downstairs to tell the front desk. Minor inconvenience but would’ve been great if it was just a simple phone call. Also, the entrance to the hotel was hard to find. Wish there was a sign from the street view to tell us where the entrance was. Overall it was a great hotel....
