「This hotel was excellent in all areas. The room was beautiful and well designed. The beds were comfortable, no back ache the next day. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The transport drivers, Lynn and Terrence, to Mayo Clinic were very kind and excellent at helping with my aged mother. It was a respite for us after 2 very long days of medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Thank you for your beautiful accommondations!」

「There is furniture sitting through the hallways. I only stayed one night and the power went out for around 2 hours overnight. Besides that everything was ok. The property is a bit out dated but that didn’t bother me. I just needed a clean place to sleep to go visit the Mayo clinic」

「Despite being under renovation, the room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Very light and pleasant breakfast room and lobby area. Excellent breakfast choices. One huge bonus is the direct connection to the Mayo Clinic via the pedestrian subway, connecting beyond to the Rochester skyway systems. This is a godsend in the winter when temperatures frequently plunge to single digits. I would definitely come back here if using the Mayo facilities. Great find. 」

「The property is being reconstructed, so, the food options were limited for breakfast and construction materials were everywhere. Given the situation, the staff was very polite and accommodating, and the room was clean. Elevators need work, but that may be part of the remodelling. All in all, I got what I paid for.」

「I like the friendly service. The exercise equipment worked. Generally it was clean. We originally had a room where the TV didn't work and the key cards were sometimes a problem. Management switched us to a different room and fixed the key cards which was much better. Breakfast was adequate. 」
