"The room was not super dirty but it wasn’t clean. It was an open cup of noodles under the Kitchen sink, dried up ketchup on the table and stains on the floor. We got the room for super cheap and you get what you pay for. It was people yelling at each other in the hallway shortly after we arrived. Just overall ghetto. Signs in the lobby that you have to check in by 5pm or bi refund. I will not take my family there again. Just glad to have survived the one night. "

"I was in town for my nieces Match Ceremony. The hotel is right downtown. Very convenient to the National Theater. Checking in was very quick and easy. It is odd that you must park your car on the street to check-in. The you must drive around the block, go under the hotel into the parking garage, to unload you car into the elevator. Then go to your room. A little scary for a woman traveling by herself and arriving later in the evening. But it all worked out fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very friendly. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this Location. Beds were Comfortable Room was Clean The Young Lady at the Desk at Night was very Rude and Unprofessional no name tag so I could not get a name. Room Got mixed up with a Smoking and I reserved a non smoking room Shower head was broke so we had low water pressure. Also I requested a room on the bottom floor because I am disabled but the young lady did not take that under consideration. Other than that. Enjoyed my stay. I recommend this Place Right across from the Airport You will get good rest."

"We stayed here for a night away and to see a concert at the national. The hotel was very nice upon walking in- there was convenient parking right across the street if you don’t want to pay for valet (~$20/day). The staff were great as well as the bar on site. Our room was very quiet. Almost too quiet, so if you sleep with noise in the background, bring your own sound machine. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again! "
