"After a rough start with the staff and conditions of the room, the manager reached out and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly. This trip was important so I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help! The location is incredibly convenient, there is access to the mall without needing to go outside which is helpful in the winter and at night. The beds are small so, unless you're petite, I would recommend only one person per "double" bed. "

"The service was very friendly at all levels. There was a self parking lot across the street from the hotel as well as the hotel's valet parking. The room was extra quiet. You heard no noises from outside or the next room. This elegant hotel enhanced the experience by explaining the history and antiques of the property in both paper & electronic formats. "
