"It was a beautiful hotel, with fantastic community spaces. I had a very grouchy woman at the check in desk. And there are no coffee machines in the rooms unless you upgrade to a higher level room. I always find this distressing since I need coffee the minute I wake up before heading down to the cafe or lobby."
