"They were renovating some rooms, and we got one of the renovated ones, but it had a non-functioning AC unit. The workers also started hammering in a neighboring room at 8AM, and there was a note that all water would be cut at 10AM for 6 hours. The renovated room looked nice and fresh and once they finish the renovations and make sure all rooms are ready to go, it should be a nicer stay."

"First Fairmont i have ever seen that failed to meet my standards. Room was not thought through - had to climb under the table to charge laptop; had to climb there again to turn off the lamp. There was no drinking water in the room despite a coffee machine. Breakfast order on door knob was not picked up. Restaurant was understaffed for breakfast (took some time to find the host) and the front desk was empty. "
