"The staff really makes this hotel the Joule in the crown of Dallas. Gorgeous building, staff were amazing and people were all round lovely. They left me a welcome note in my room which I thought was a lively touch. Exceptional hotel, upgrade on arrival, and food was great in both restaurants. I was looked after from the beginning to end. Thank you to all staff for looking after me. Hopefully get a another chance to stay in the summer time."
