"The staff was an incredible as the other reviewers have said. I was in town for medical care and let concierge know, just in case something happened and I needed an ambulance; they said they’d make a note of it. When I got back to my room after my procedure, Autumn from concierge had left a beautiful tray of flowers, snacks, ginger ale, and a handwritten note saying she hopes I feel better soon. It was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their even lovelier staff....

However, we were never able to connect to the internet and it would have been nice to have a safe and a bedside clock. And we don’t remember seeing a telephone in the room. That being said, we would make a return visit! "
