"The property was right around the corner from the Chicago Theater, which is where we were seeing a show. That was super convenient. The first person we met was Mariam, the front desk receptionist. This was our first stay at a Virgin hotel, so I had a lot of questions. She not only patiently answered everything, but also explained more of the amenities in the building. This included the cafe, restaurant (which includes room service), gym, bar, and more! I was really impressed by the thoroughness...

"The room was good but I was hoping for a desk to do some work also the heat never got warm enough, it still was cold with the heat on but overall the desk agents were extremely friendly and nice and the room was comfortable. "
