After sleeping on one of the hardest mattress I have experienced for 5 nights, it will take some time for my back to fully recover."

We have to take our luggage to our room ourselves. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Bathroom sink was not great water would come outside make a mess. Wish they had microwave in the room. Alameda mall is just walkable from the hotel food options are great and better options than restaurant In hotel. We enjoyed Pans and Company sandwiches...

"great accommodation but SO hard to find. the directions given in the confirmation mail and googlemap is so out it is not funny. we had to ask directions on 3 occasions after we reached the spot indicated by googlemap. it would have been a lot simpler if the future guests are directed to the RTA sports ground along the same road as this is where the reception lies. also no wifi in the studio."

"The historic property is unique and lovely. Only problem was the lack of air conditioning in our room. We picked the place in part for its AC which is what the Hotels.com profile showed. It was a hot day when we arrived so we were disappointed to find no AC. Plus there are no screens on the Windows and biting mosquitos so we had to close the windows, making for an uncomfortable stay. Had we known there was no AC we would have stayed elsewhere."
