"My husband and I travel to Louisville several times a year and typically stay in a different hotel each time. This hotel has super friendly, welcoming staff, clean rooms and even a couple of options for food. The restaurant manager was super friendly and welcoming, making our quick stop in for dessert a delightful experience. The garage parking is nice because there's easy access to the hotel from the garage. The only inconvenient thing is that you have to get your parking tocket validated at the front desk every time you come back to the garage. Other hotels in the area have hotel guests scan their room keys to get in and out. Would love to see Tempo eventually make that an option. This hotel was fairly quiet other than the sound of doors shutting in all the nearby rooms. The location is great! Just a street or two over from great dining options. For those guests that are gluten free, they had a blueberry muffin at the copy shop downstairs and freh fruit cups. Also, there were gluten free options at the roof top restaurant. I will definitely consider staying at Tempo again on our next trip to Louisville."
