"The hotel is very poorly managed! The upkeep of rooms is almost non existent. The personal is mostly very friendly, but missing of right guidlance and caring professional menager is obvious. "A fabulous hotel situated just at the Rab Town ferry point. Gorgeous old and modern features inside, interesting artwork , marble staircase. A very calming atmosphere. The room with harbour balcony was large , very comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. Staff were very professional and polite. Never seen a bottle of fizz at the breakfast buffet before!"

"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. "Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Villa Subic. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und nur 5-10 min Gehzeit bis zum örtlichen Strand. Der Garten und das Pool und die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gepflegt von den Besitzern. Auch eine Grillmöglichkeit ist in dem schönen Garten und ein Spielhaus für Kinder. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und mit Terrasse. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Dankeschön! "

Villa Adria is separated from the beach with a walkway that is full of restaurants and the main tourist drag during evenings. A grocery store is in the building and a pharmacy a block away. The main disadvantage is that the beach gets crowded in the summer. It’s a nice place for family vacation if you don’t like resorts, but prefer an apartment in a Mediterranean village."
