"Very convenient location as it is just located next to the Zhuhai-Macau customs. Great hotel to stay if you're intending to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, but the hotel is quite a distance from the other Zhuhai attractions (e.g. Zhuhai Port Shopping Plaza, Zhuhai Fisher Girl, etc) Hotel entrance is located to the right of the main exit of Hengqin Port Shopping Mall, but can be hard to find initially as it is not prominent. Breakfast at TownSquare cafe (level 5) is above average, but the food does get a little repetitive as it's quite similar everyday with only slight variation. Service from hotel staff is top notch, and helpful"

"Great property - the executive lounge access was well worth it. We would stay here again. A little challenge with English support, but staff always found someone. Room is clean and quality. Great for access to the Chimelong parks. 10 min taxi ride, and lots of dining options for dinner in the connected shopping mall."

"The location is perfect for crossing over to Macao.Free shuttle from High Speed train station and Macao border. Manager Jackie very helpful in arranging one day trip around Zhuhai and Zhonghai. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. My fee included breakfast. I won't pay extra for it. Lots of foods nearby "
