"Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. ..."

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. I recommend the restaurant at the property they have brick oven pizza ..."

"En general las instalaciones están muy bien (jardines, piscinas, etc) Fuimos bien recibidos y ubicados rapidamente El apartamento estuvo bastante bien aunque pueden mejorar 2 detalles: limpieza en puertas y limpiar o cambiar cojines del balcón. También cambiar toallas porque ya el olor no es agradable. ..."
