"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon check in we got 4 tokens we could use for an alcoholic/non-alcoholic or coffee drink. The room was clean and neat and minimalist style. There was no desk, chair or table in the 2 queen room we stayed in, so you might want a different room if you are looking for that. The lobby is very cool and retro with games, couches and tables to bounce around in. "

"I loved this property and the people The staff, the entire hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. I've got to give a very big shout out to Muhammad who was a housekeeper on the floor I stayed on, he was just cheerful and happy and amazing. This is the kind of excellence and service that you just don't see anymore, It's a rarity; this hotel is a unicorn when it comes to everything you would look for and in A class hotel. I'm spoiled now I think it's the only place I'll stay when I go to Madison."

"Our stay was a delight. The inn was very attractive with nice sitting areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. A continental breakfast and plated breakfast were included with your room and served in the pub dining area. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Galena."
