"The hotelroom was the most clean hotel room I have ever been in. Overall really clean and in good condition. Service was ok, but would have appreciated a few smiles from the staff. One big minus comes from the noisy room. The street noises came through the windows, and over all not good sound insulation. "

"Fantastic stay! This is my second time at the property and it’s such a value. They have great staff at the front desk at all times, their hotel is pristine - the hallways, lobby, elevators, breakfast area and rooms are so clean and well maintained. Their decorations for Christmas were such a nice touch but even outside of Christmas it was classy and well decorated. The candles/scent they use is such a nice touch too. "First, be aware that there is no elevator, and there's about 50 steps to the 3rd floor rooms. Other than that, a modest hotel in a great, quiet location in Tallinn's Old Town. Easy walking to restaurants and sights. One nice thing: they'll cook eggs to order for breakfast, which I enjoyed a lot."

Excellent solo stay

"I booked a bunk bed room and for me, it was great! The bed was very comfortable, there was lighting above the beds, blackout curtains and a good size mirror. I would say it may be a bit too small for a couple but for solo travellers it was great. The hotel is in such an exact location, it’s right by the main square and you can walk easily to all the main sights. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby also - I felt very safe! The breakfast was ok - a cooked breakfast and continental. There wasn’t a lot of choice however it was definitely enough to fill up on for the day with a coffee machine and juices also. If I returned to Tallinn, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. "
