"The staff were great and tried their best always. We were notified ahead of arrival that our family suite wasnt available so they put us in a suite with two roll aways for two nights and gave us a hotel credit to use in rhw spa or restaurant. We were then moved to our correct room by staff. Breakfast buffet was generous. Location was terrific with the lake and many bars and restaurants only 5 min walk. The area around the hotel ft very safe."

"Lovely hotel a short taxi ride from the major attractions. Technically, it would be 10-15 walk, too, but sidewalks in the area are filled with parked scooters, plus traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk, so walking is challenging. We got to enjoy the pool for one day, but it was closed for renovations on Christmas Day. Maybe check if it open If pool is important for you. Excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again when they fix the pool."

"Great Hotel with ancient architecture style."

"Had an excellent stay here. Rooms were wonderful and clean. Plenty of amenities. Lovely breakfast and the staff were especially great. I left something in the room and they organised the posting of it going above and beyond. Brilliant hospitality. I will be returning."
