"Due to its location in YMT, it is super close to everything from restaurants to Fa Yuen Street to TST and Mongkok. Rooms are nice and a fair size so no worries here. I will give a big thumbs up to their elevators. Never had to wait more than a minute and there were 4 elevators moving people all the time."

"I stood here for a 16 hour layover, it was the best decision I made. They have shuttle bus service to and from the airport. It is about a 6min drive, or 1 stop on the train from the airport. The room is small but very comfortable. If you are coming from the United States I recommend bringing portable charger because they have different charger ports. Its about 30 mins from the city of Hong Kong. "

The 2 free shuttle buses (airport-hotel-airport; hotel-Tung Chung-hotel) run on regular schedule and start in the morning till night. "This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom. "

"The property was situated right on Canton road (tons of luxury shopping at your fingertips) and a couple blocks down from Victoria harbour. Very walkable. The room itself was looking tired although very clean. And maybe that’s because we just stayed in a basic suite, I would assume given the location and clients we seen checking in that they likely would have had a nicer tower full of renovated rooms. Just not what I was expecting for Hong Kong although we were only there for the one night...

"Excellent location with easy access to the MTR and the trams. Rooms esp the bathrooms are in need of a refurb as looking a little tired. However, the beds were very comfortable."
