"I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed. "

"Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale. We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them. "

"The hotel offered a very good room - comfortable, clean, spacious, good WiFi and small kitchenette. The check-in with Bruno was very friendly and efficient, but the experiences with other hotel staff were not so good. The breakfast staff in particular were neither friendly nor helpful (even resisting the idea of refilling the scrambled eggs with more than half an hour still left for breakfast) and they were very poor at clearing tables - we watched many guests walk in to see empty tables but...

"Hotel com excelente relação custo benefício, bom café da manhã, quarto amplo, faltou smart tv. A única observação é que poderiam vender água de litro e disponibilizar uma bombona de água no café da manhã, pois nas o local mais próximo para comprar água a um preço razoável que encontrei foi no Saidera, cerca de um quilômetro do hotel. Também não gostei da metodologia de cobrança, pois o valor já foi debitado antes de eu chegar no hotel, não oferecendo se quer a opção de parcelamento dos valores...
