"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "Excellent hotel if you are landing late or leaving early - just five minutes from the airport but we didn’t hear any planes. There isn’t a lot within walking distance but that isn’t why you would stay here. Excellent food, breakfast buffet was excellent and the large pool was a bonus"

"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good. I’d recommend this place especially their concierge services."
