"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"In the heart of the city center. No need to use a car or other transportation. Underground parking very convenient but I would like it to be free for the guests. Some things could be in better shape like the bath tube that had something broken and when you shower water leaks on the floor. Also a smart tv would be convenient in the suite to watch from bed. Lastly, the breakfast is ok. The area is small and I guess nothing can be done about it but maybe some fried eggs or omelette is a good...

"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. It turned out I needed a key that should’ve been given to me when I checked in. I also think if you’re there 4 nights as I was that the...
