"My stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu was great. The room/suite was excellent, the gym was good, the breakfast was good. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. I was checked in by Tina Zhang and I had talked to her on few other occasions with some of my questions. She was very professional, friendly and helpful and assisted me with my questions answered and provided me helpful recommendations. I wish the best for Tina Zhang. If I visit Chengdu again and the location permits for my activity then I will definitely stay in Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu and I will recommend it to others. "Modern and chic hotel design, room is just awesome, so cosy, comfy, solid Tempur mattress, that we had many good night rest at Canopy. It would be great if it has a swimming pool. Location of hotel is superb, walking distance to Tianfu Square for shopping / meals, we visited Chengdu museums and several others all within hotel vicinity. Good to return and stay here again."

"Clean but furniture slightly old. Within 5mins or shorter to Huaxiba metro exit C. Very nice receptionist who even helped us to order food delivery at nite. Will stay again."

"Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The service in all areas are all outstanding (above and beyond). The restaurant on the 25th floor is very good with a variety of selection. The dinner buffet was delicious!! Also, special thanks to Daisy at reception on the 25th floor for her outstanding service!! It was truly a very enjoyable stay!! "

"Pros: Hotel looks really posh and clean, the room was nice too. It's on the affordable range. You can easily find authentic Sichuan cuisine and products nearby. The metro is a walkable 3 minutes, there is a lift that goes from the ground floor to the station. It is also near Tianfu central shopping district, just a metro stop away. Many of the main tourist spots are just one or two metro stops away. Cons: The WC is seated pretty low and seat isn't heated, so it can be pretty harsh in a colder climate. P.S I can't really account for the staff being able to speak English because I communicated everything in Chinese."

"The property is run impeccably with friendly, first rate service. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. Overall a great experience and would stay here again!"
