"Close to Parque Cespedes and Parque Alameda and points of Historical interest in the city. In a district that also housed the children's hospital so I only experienced one short power outage during my 3 day stay. The owner went above and beyond with service: breakfast ($5), dinner ($7) and laundry (varies) with meal service on the rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the port and city. Served to order with drinks and music! All of that plus a no-charge dropoff at the bus terminal in his 1950...

"I reserved this place for a friend of mine and his girlfriend , I paid two nights , He came and at the second day the owener told him that he will need to move to a new place. The water didn't work , and then we realized that the owener wanted to rent for another bigger group of friends... Incredible. Any ways he found a solution and send my friend to another place ( Wich was so dissapointed) "
