「A clean, well appointed with great, pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. The location is well away from Santa Ana and is extremely quiet. Options for restaurants are limited but there are various local food options. Breakfast is delivered to the hotel but is a bit of breakfast roulette. You know what it is when the container is open. However, we had no complaints with what we got. It was pretty good」

「The best part was the proximity to the volcano. We got up early and hiked it. That was the value. Otherwise not a great stay. Very dirty everywhere. There were only two towels in our four person room and they had holes. Not sure how clean our bedding was. There was also a weird smell we couldn't get to fade. We made it work but we won't again 」
