"Close to subway stations, and cheap but GREAT local restaurants. Slightly out of Tokyo central, property not too noisy. But check in counter (staff not overly helpful, but not rude) was a long way from actual rooms, which were through a maze at the back of the building. Good for the price."

"Fantastic large room and friendly staff but the lift and room corridors are all outdoors which in January was freezing and uncomfortable. No onsite dining was really a challenge too, particularly for breakfast. No black tea (only green) and dodgy keypad room locks which failed for us and had to get fixed. Great location and views from 11 floor room. "

"A very comfortable little apartment for our family of 2 adults, 1 child. We were able to have a relaxed breakfast before heading out each day, and even made a few simple evening meals at the apartment thanks to the big supermarket very near by. Being able to do laundry was very handy since we were on a long 3-week trip. The bath tub is great. The entire apartment was very clean and comfortable."
