"Nice hotel design . But most of the staff don’t speak English well. There are v few choice of food and the Japanese restaurant is not to par , the food is way overpriced . The quality is below average . I hate to say it but the truth is that the food is the worst I have ever tried in Japan . the staff there is not polite and at some point I found them rude . Eg we had dinner in a private room but the air conditioning was hot, without bothering the waitress , I tried to adjust the temperature by...

"I stayed this hotel for a family travel. My mother was satisfied with staying 'Ryutouen ryokan'.' A room is large, comfotable. The special smell of ryokan is good to me. I'd like to recommend this hotel to ohers."

"Excellent breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese home-cooked items but some continental breakfast items (fried eggs/breads) are also available. Spa was spacious and clean. Pajamas (size large) were supplied. Walkable from the nearby Imari station, and ample parking if driving. During the peak check-in time, there was an English-speaking staff. Staff was always warm, courteous and helpful. "

But firstly, the location of Ryokan belongs to the outskirts of Ureshino hot spring village. So there is no place to walk around. Second, overall cleanliness is not good.
