"Clean and very well maintenanced property. A bit outdates. The thing I hated the most is the towel game. It is not supposed to wake up on 6:30 to go and put your towels to reserve chairs when you are supposed to relax and enjoy the vacation. There were multiple situations when people were getting angry because of lack of chairs. I don't get how the management can spend so much money on the resort to make customers enjoyng the stay, but oversee something important like that. I've seen this...

"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool.
