"Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. "Good hotel rooms, good location. Staff were great, food options excellent. Some things to note: 1) The desk has a drawer underneath it which rubs on your legs when using it.
