"Excellent customer service, delicious dishes, clean and spacious rooms, additional transportation arrangements were also made. A must go to place to stay. Our family loved every moment of it amidst the beautiful natural surroundings."

"Not a good experience. Very untrained staff who lacks basics of hotel management. Lot of shouting, jumping and other noises coming in the room. It was staff members who were doing all that. Very poor room service, you need to call multiple times to get single thing. Also, they make a lot of mistakes in preparing bills as well. "
