"Not all rooms are as indicated in the photos. We booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos on the website. Upon arrival we were given a room with low ceilings and only a few beams. We requested the room, as shown on the website, which is called the Early and they did move us to that room. The second night we had no heat in the room and it was cold. "We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated! Initially we were given a room that smelled bad, but when I spoke to the front desk they immediately offered to move us to another room. Very happy with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality and comfort of the room. Location is perfectly situated in Oxford."
