"Badlaz has up market rooms and air conditioned small rooms. If wife is with me we get up market if as now I get small/inexpensive room. Swimming pool is very good, diving is excellent. Staff and owners are great. 24 hour bar 40 mtrs from sandy beach. Always stay here"

"This is a no frills resort. If you're looking to get of the beaten pay this the place . We loved it walking distance on the beach to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island , not white beach, much nicer. Restaurant has a limited selection but some tasty local foods . We rented a motorcycle for 4days best thing ever as we saw the island at our own pace. Support staff fantastic and liokes after us . Very rustic rooms gret experience."

"The Villa is a beautiful property with breath taking views, The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free. Smart Tv in the huge villa room a clean swimming pool and a private beach with a coral reef the hotels provided free snorkeling gear .. Highly recommended slice of paradise. "

"There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. "Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building. "

"Mostly this is a dive resort. I booked online without really checking the location. It's actually Sabang I think, and requires a tricycle or jeepney ride from Puerto Galera, and another short trip to Sabang. Check in at Reception was easy, staff were friendly. Reception is located by the bar and restaurant area, which is open, with a view. The hotel is built on a hill. My room was at the bottom of the hill and it's a serious climb back to the top. A bit steep. The room was nice. Fairly new....

"Not sure if there was confusion with my booking but my room for the first night was disappointing. However, I was able to get into another cottage the following morning for the rest of my stay, which was much nicer, especially the bathroom. My booking included free breakfasts so that was nice. I opted with the American breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, and toast. Overall, a quiet and chill place with easy access to dive shops and the nightlife. "
