"Well run hotel in good location. Food was really good (room service dinner and breakfast buffet). Staff very attentive. Lovely pool. They do need more lounge chairs and umbrellas as twice in our three day stay not available. More staff serving food and drinks on pool deck would be helpful and more bar selection as many items on the menu weren’t available. Rooms big, very clean with large bathrooms. Housekeeping staff so friendly and responsive. Recommend new mattresses / pillow tops as ours was...

When asked, Anu, kindly shared many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. They proved very helpful especially on our trip to Jebel Shams. "
