"Decent hotel, handy for the old town, modern city and bus/railway stations. Staff are helpful and speak excellent English. Breakfast is pretty decent. Shower slow to warm up but otherwise fine. Wifi good. Some street noise but not too bad. Would happily stay here again."

"Great location as within a two minute walk of the Old Bazaar and less than 10 minutes walk to Macedonia Square, which did mean it can be a bit noisy at night as the rooms weren't very sound proof and you could hear everything going on outside and in the corridor. The facilities were basic and the rooms could do with an upgrade, but it is a great location, good value for money and friendly staff, if you're looking for a good value, central location to stay in."

"Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before. "The room was filthy. We are a family and travel frequently and I would never recommend a family stay here. The room was filthy and covered with spiders. We even killed a scorpion in our bed. Our children were scared all the time because of the spiders everywhere. The bathrooms were covered in water and we had to wear shoes to go to the bathroom. The smell from the bathroom was very poor and strong. I am sure this hotel was nice at one point, but it is in need of serious cleaning and attention."
