Then they have 6 empty concierge stations with only 2 employees working during the busiest time. Btw.... ALWAYS AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT @11AM. No need to stay on the long checkout lines. You're welcome"

I guess the casino floor gets all the love while the front desk is left to fend for itself. The room? Sure, the decor is trying its best to be modern, but the bones are old and need some TLC. A square fell off the wall, and I thought, “Oh, a door stopper?” Nope—just a straight-up hole in the wall. The carpet had burn marks, which was a surprise...
