"Great location near shopping in North Conway. This was a quick escape from the grind of work, and the location near shopping and dining was excellent. Front desk and staff are very friendly, including toward "third party" booking guests. While we did not spend enough time to take advantage of spa resources, they are available onsite. The place is in need of some repairs and maintenance, but is actually in pretty good shape for the the property age. HVAC was a bit difficult to make...

"The room was unbelievable. The ataff was super nice. The entire place was clean. Only downer was they have a photo of the indoor water park and its very deceiving making it seem like its in their hotel and its not."
