After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. "Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. "
