"In a great location. We self checked in but the owner came by straight away to show us round and check all was OK. "

"It was quiet; I needed a place to stay before surgery the next morning. I did not like that there was no soap to use to take a bath and had to go ask for some from the front desk. Then the bathtub plug did not work. It was a challenge to take a bath needed before my surgery."

"the red-haired woman who checked us in was hostile with my questions about parking. she also accused my family member of stealing from the mini mart behind the counter when he was looking around and didnt buy anything, when he was holding something from home. it was weird to accuse and run him down when most places assume positive intent. other than that it was a nice hotel with great amenities"

"Great location for us to be close to family in Novato and Petaluma. This was our second stay here and it has been great both times. Check in was fast and efficient. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very well managed, always clean, and food/drinks restocked quickly. We will stay here again on our next visit."
