"Had an enjoyable stay. AC stopped working 4 days before departure and host claimed she was unable to get it fixed, so that was incredibly uncomfortable in temperatures of about 35°, but other than that was ok. Pool could have been cleaner as it was turning greem towards the end of the stay. "

"Crossed over from Malta for a three-day break in January and found Downtown Hotel very convenient, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast and internet were excellent, the room was spacious and clean and there was ample parking outside. We'll stay there again next time."

"The room is spacious and very clean. The only downside was that having booked a Seaview room I was expecting to have a balcony. We did have a sort of balcony but it was enclosed . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very good, close to the waterfront and the restaurants."

There was an under-ground parking and the location of the motel was nice. - Bad points: The mezonette is serviced only with 2 toilet paper rolls for all your stay long, thereby you must shop yourself the toilet papers. "An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. "
