"Beautiful apartment, very close to the city centre. The access to the apartment is a bit confusing at first, taking different elevators as the units are connected and located through outside bridges. Would definitely stay again!"

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"The place ok. We were there for one night on a family trip. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the main issue was that we booked this specifically because it had an AC listed as an accomodation but when we got there we were told that the AC unit in the room was broken and has been for over a year. The locals great and very close to rynok."

"So many negatives let this place down. You don’t receive any information until 4pm and then 20 minutes later we got told there was a problem and we couldn’t check in. They offered us another apartment 3km away with a sofa bed. Obviously I rejected this and they went quiet. After being quite worried whether we had a place to stay and 45 mins later I messaged hotels.com. They were brilliant. Miraculously rent planet messaged to say they fixed the problem and said sorry. "Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was located very centrally to the city center and was a convenient walk to many places. However, the one complaint I have is that the check in process could use some improvement. I didn’t get my check in info/code until 2 pm the day of our arrival after requesting it multiple times. It was also sent via a WhatsApp message, not via my email. The hot water also stopped working the morning of our check out day. These were not major deficiencies....

"Good location, close to Sky Tower, not too far from the train station and walkable to the market square. High quality room with a comfortable mattress. The only small downside was the short shower glass which only covered about half the width of the cabin so the floor gets a bit wet."
