Room with east-facing morning suntrap terrace balcony looking over road and towards elevated part of town was absolutely fine for our one night. Any road noise not an issue. Breakfast with voucher at cafe across the road was modest coffee and toast with chosen topping, and fruit juice, again friendly service, and...

"The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. This happened two days in a row. We did mention this rude behavior to the supervisor of the restaurant. Additionally, the carpet and floor on the fourth floor was stained and very dirty. Outside the elevator, it seemed like there was a bump and hole in the concrete. "

"Very limited breakfast offered and on the last morning received a WhatsApp stating no breakfast would be available even coffee and considering that we were flying that afternoon we had nothing "

"Do not follow your GPS or else you will find your car in the desert down a wagon trail. After we pulled ourselves from the arroyo, we asked the locals where the place was and it was extremely easy to find with their directions. Wonderful staff and historic location. Cabins were rustic and comfortable. No indication of coyotes or Native Americans!"

"Big room with a cozy bedroom, separate room for a suitcases and other luggage, adequate bathroom and a private patio, which was a big and nice surprise. Very good heating in all the apartment. After a calm night and a hot shower we had a breakfast for a price of 5 euros per person only, an excellent option specially if you're in hurry for a Circuito de Almeria. Very satisfied!"

"lovely hotel with mid 20th century décor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Stayed 2 nights on room only board so cannot comment on breakfast but had evening meal on outside terrace and found this to have a good choice at reasonable prices. There is a restaurant inside but as this is rated among the top in the Spanish eating guides it is probably expensive. Will stay again on future travels but the town of Vera although pleasant, is not very inspiring. Only handy for exploring...
