"There are no staff on site. The room was okay but lights weren’t working, the heater made loud noises every hour or so, the reception receipt says the restaurant closes at 20.30 when it closed at 18.00. Also I booked to use the pool and it was closed when I went to use it. "

"Comfortable room in a property with a modern contemporary design, compared with the more retro kitsch town of Mielno. Arrangements were easy to follow, even when we arrived late at night. The baby crib we requested was already in place when arrived. The miscommunication was the need to pay town tourism tax in cash to the agent at the adjacent building. There is a modern coffee shop and bistro on the property, but unfortunately doesnt open late to enjoy a summertime late sundowner. ...

"Die Unterkunft ist super, modern und zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Alles was man in einem Apartment benötigt war da. Von Geschirr bis hin zum Staubsauger. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend! Die Lage war auch super, wir waren nach 2 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Leider ist es sprachlich etwas schwierig. Die meisten verstehen kaum Englisch, mal hat man Glück und jemand spricht Deutsch. Am Service in den Restaurants muss unbedingt gearbeitet werden! Alles wirkte etwas chaotisch. Man wartet viel zu lange auf...
