"I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately."

"That most of the staff did not speak English and it was very hard to understand what they were trying to say to me and what I was trying to convey to them!"

"One detracting factor was that there was not an elevator and I was on the second floor. I am a disabled veteran so this was obviously a challenge. The staff did look to see if there was a ground floor room available for my four nights, but there was not. I made it work but I didn’t see that mentioned on the website."

"Hotel seems to be recently remodeled and well taken care of. Everything is clean and smells good. The bed was comfortable and has a zipped up mattress liner. The water is very soft and easy on your hair in the shower and the bathroom has a heat lamp which is a nice treat in the winter! Highly recommend! We went to dinner at an amazing restaurant named Gelle's and a museum that was extremely well done! "

"We loved the ambassador. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. at check-in, we were offered a cookie and a special cocktail, great service all around. We felt safe walking to and from the INTRUST arena. We would definitely stay here again."
