"Fantastic large room and friendly staff but the lift and room corridors are all outdoors which in January was freezing and uncomfortable. No onsite dining was really a challenge too, particularly for breakfast. No black tea (only green) and dodgy keypad room locks which failed for us and had to get fixed. Great location and views from 11 floor room. "

"A very comfortable little apartment for our family of 2 adults, 1 child. We were able to have a relaxed breakfast before heading out each day, and even made a few simple evening meals at the apartment thanks to the big supermarket very near by. Being able to do laundry was very handy since we were on a long 3-week trip. The bath tub is great. The entire apartment was very clean and comfortable."

"We loved our stay here. We are a family of 5. It was immaculately clean and the staff is fantastic. I thought I had booked another room, so they happily changed us to the room I thought i booked. We were able to get everywhere we needed to from the hotel. Taxi, bus, and train were all very accessible. We had a scare with my four year old that had an allergic reaction from eating a Brazil nut. "Excellent property about 5min walk to the metro station. Despite not having any physical concierge check in was easy and the room was very clean, new and will equipped. Very family friendly recommendation!"

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"Our stay was great. The room and linens were clean, with 2 double beds, they were firm, I believe most are in Japan. Pillows were good size, I have neck problems so I usually travel with my own. "Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room.
