"An AMAZING beautiful hotel conveniently located in prime area. The entire staff was POSITIVELY the best!!! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. From the moment we stepped in to the lobby we were catered to as if we were Royalty. They were so accommodating and helpful. "We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. "Nice lobby area & bar with breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea in the room. Bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom was nice with a hairdryer. Staff was pleasant and arranged a taxi pick up for us to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel in a really convenient location for Bordeaux centre. Not the prettiest area but really quick to walk in to the city centre end easy access from the airport by tram. Staff are super friendly, really nice lobby and bar area and adequate sized rooms. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be returning!!"
