"The pools look great! But, once you get in, it's just hard to find a comfortable position, like, the benches are either too high or too low and angled poorly so that your bottom side floats off. Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."
