"This is quite an amazing hotel with regards to facilities, choice of food and drink, comfort and general ambience. However there were a few things which made me question the professionalism. Firstly 2 days before my arrival i reciver an email saying that despite me booking my holiday over 6.months ago, that there was no room for me and i would be allocated a room at another hotel 7km away.
