"The location is central, near the AU HQ, the personnel is very welcoming and very courteous. The premises are very clean. On the downside there is no option for breakfast. Though they do offer a good coffee "

When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. I was so tired, confused, and unable to get hold of hotels.com. Afterall, my room was paid and confirmed. "I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation.
