"Clean and safe"

"My stay was ok- the front desk staff seemed depressed and overworked. I called down because I had an issue with the thermostat (it was making noise). I was told “use the unit under the window” and he hung up. I called back down to let them know it was an issue with the unit on the wall and before I could say anything he says “we’re sending engineering up- BYE!” I never felt so disrespected by hotel staff so I went down to the front desk to see what his issue was. At that moment he felt the need...

"Appreciate bottled water was provided for guests. The hotel is near White House, restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Staff was extremely friendly!"

"Property is very beautiful on the outside. Was greeted with the Valet who was very helpful. Front desk check in was great. Pay for parking bc there is no where to park in WASHINGTON DC. Parking garage was very clean. Upon entering the hotel room, everything was working. Very clean and spacious. Would stay again!!! "
