"They did not even let me know of the vip rewards I had available for my stay I had to ask, and when I tried using the credit for the mini bar waters during check out they said that I could not use it for this items "

"We stayed here for 2 evenings and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location is close to all the nearby shops and restaurants, yet quiet. Breakfast was good, hotel was very cozy and clean there was free potable water and the staff were great. My husband and I got married here and they surprised us with a little gift and bottle of wine! Would recommend this place to anyone. "

"I would like to highly recommend Palacio Manco Capac for anyone visiting Cusco. I cannot emphasize how great they made our stay. From the service they provided to the great hospitality they delivered to us, every day was a truly wonderful experience for us. "I recently stayed at the Novotel in Cusco and had an exceptional experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to Marco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he’s warm, attentive, and has a great understanding of guests’ needs. The location of the hotel is fantastic—quiet yet conveniently close to the city square, making it easy to explore Cusco on foot. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, making for a perfect start to the day. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Cusco for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service!"
