"It was during winter time so a lot of the outdoor activities are obviously closed in dells , but we just came up for a weekend getaway. The rooms were a little dated, but very well kept up. pleasant staff, the sauna was a nice feature you don’t find in a lot of places, for the price I paid I thought it was an excellent deal."

"Our room was not ready for us unfortunately. Check in time was 4:00, we arrived at 5:00 and it was still being cleaned. We had to wait 20-30 mins in the lobby since we needed a 2 queen with sofa bed. Other than that everything was great. The kids enjoy the pool and hot tub and we had a great breakfast. "

"The heat was not turned on in the room before our arrival therefore it was quite cold in the room. We stripped the second bed for covers and put the sheet on the tile floor to keep our feet from freezing in the bathroom. After about 18 hours everything was great! Breakfast and the hotel employees were excellent!"

"Gardena checked us in and she was great! The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Plenty of waffle stations for a busy place. Very quiet couldn’t hear the people next to us just the occasional hallway walkers. Beds comfy and room was clean. Close to things but far enough away that we weren’t bothered by lots of people!! Would stay here again. "

"The hotel was nice and clean, cleaner than a lot of hotels. We were a family of 6 and our suite had a double sofa bed with a trundle so we all had a good place to sleep! Beds were comfortable. We weren’t fans of the breakfast food, but we’re Canadians, maybe that’s why 😆"
